All Sales Final — Official Policy

Due to the unique, vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives damaged or materially different from its description. Please review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

The Sovereign Pearl specializes in vintage jewelry, antique pieces, estate jewelry, pearls, and other rare collectibles. Each item is irreplaceable — sourced, authenticated, and curated with great care. Our all-sales-final policy is essential to protect both the integrity of our inventory and the trust of every customer we serve.

To protect the business from return fraud and scams.
To prevent buyers from substituting authentic pieces with copies, replicas, imitations, or altered items and then requesting a refund.
To safeguard the integrity and authenticity of our vintage and collectible inventory.
To ensure customers understand the unique and irreplaceable nature of many of our pieces before purchasing.
To align with standard practices among reputable vintage and antique jewelry sellers worldwide.

Exceptions — Damaged or Misrepresented Items

We stand fully behind the accuracy of our descriptions and photographs. If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

✓ Materially Different	The item received significantly deviates from the original listing description. This includes discrepancies in brand, model, material, condition, color, size, or essential features explicitly stated by the seller.
✕ Not Covered	This policy does not apply to cases involving buyer remorse, subjective sizing preferences, or minor variations in color resulting from digital monitor calibrations. Additionally, claims will not be accepted for standard patina or vintage wear-and-tear, provided such characteristics are expected for preloved treasures.

Section 3

How to Report a Qualifying Issue

If your order qualifies under Section 2, please follow these steps:

Notify Us Within 48 Hours

Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery using the email address associated with your order. Please provide:

- Your order number

- A written description of the issue

- Clear photographs documenting the damage, discrepancy, packaging, and item received

Incomplete claims may result in delays or denial of the request.
Preserve the Item in Its Original Condition

Do not attempt to repair, clean, resize, alter, modify, or restore the item before contacting us. Any alteration to the item may void your claim and prevent us from accurately assessing the issue.
Claim Review Process

Upon receipt of your claim, The Sovereign Pearl will review all submitted documentation and photographs. Our team will respond within three (3) business days and provide written instructions if the claim is approved for return.
Return Authorization Requirements

Approved returns must be shipped within five (3 to 5) business days of receiving written return authorization from The Sovereign Pearl. The item must be returned:

- In its original condition

- With all original packaging and accompanying materials

- Using a tracked and insured shipping service

Returns sent without prior written authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

⚠ Authenticity & Fraud Protection Notice

To protect the integrity of our collections and our customers, all returned items are subject to comprehensive inspection and rigorous documentation review upon receipt.

Any returned item that does not match the original item shipped—including but not limited to substitutions, replicas, counterfeit items, altered pieces, removed components, stone substitutions, damaged items not attributable to shipping, or unauthorized modifications—will be rejected.

In such cases: No refund or credit will be issued.

The Sovereign Pearl reserves the right to deny any claim that cannot be substantiated by sufficient evidence or that falls outside the terms of this policy.

Because all sales are final, we are committed to providing as much information as possible about each item before purchase. We encourage all buyers to carefully review all available information and contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.

Before purchasing, please:

Review all listing photographs carefully, including close-up images, condition details, hallmarks, maker's marks, stamps, and other identifying features when available.
Read the full item description, including materials, condition notes, age-related characteristics, and any disclosed wear, repairs, or imperfections.
Contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. We are happy to provide additional photographs, condition details, or documentation available to us.
Understand that antique, vintage, and pre-loved treasures are unique and may exhibit signs of age, wear, patina, historic repairs, or other characteristics that contribute to their authenticity, charm, and history.

We believe an informed buyer is a satisfied buyer. Our goal is to ensure that you feel confident and comfortable with your purchase before committing to it.

Checkout Disclosure

Our Return & Refund Policy is made accessible to all customers at the point of purchase. A link to this policy is displayed at the bottom of the checkout page, in accordance with standard Shopify checkout practices.

The following policy language governs all transactions completed through our store:

All Sales Final. By completing this purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of The Sovereign Pearl's Return & Refund Policy. All transactions are final. Returns will not be processed unless the item successfully passes a formal physical inspection and comprehensive documentation review.
